After some Paperless crashes, it's stopped working again. The scanner hadn't worked until I installed the drivers for it. Under Electrical current required (mA), I end up with a 'Unknown (device not configured)' error message. The scanner is recognized but not configured. Now the 'ON' green light of the scanner doesn't energize. I should use Image Capture instead.īut Image Capture does not recognize the scanner. This is due, according to the developers, to the TWAIN drivers used.
I'm using Paperless by Mariner to archive my documents, but it crashes everytime I select Scan multiple pages. I have an EPSON WF DS-30 portable scanner which I have trouble with.
